SR is leaving BD. That's 6 BD leaders in SM that are no longer with the company in the last 18 month. BD is a burning hot mess. I am so tired of working all this OT while they keep hiring people who have been terminated for points and then they are rehired. JP put in air hockey tables to increase moral, but nothing has been done to hire the right people so I can see my kids on a weekend becuz I have to work to make LSA since noones shows up, but we hired the person we fired 3 monthes ago becuase its eazier. I cant wait for the batery place to start hiring

With MA, JG & SR all gone - that essentially means all of the B-Ms/directors have left, right? With all new B-Ms and plant manager - you have to wonder what Franklin Lakes sees as the long-term strategy for Sumter.
Sumter has been through rough times in the past - but does anyone see Sumter pulling up the nose within 1-2 years and not getting worse? What levers are left to pull to improve the place?
