Hubris? They have total of $15.75 B in debt as of Dec 31, 2015. Easy money had been pouring into the Energy sector as a result of Quantitative Easing. Now many of the oil companies are in trouble and scrambling to payback the loan.

Investor call on March 1, employee town hall that same week. Thoughts on whether the layoffs will be before or after?

Field offices are the safest. There will be minimal cuts in Wattenberg, Maverick, West Texas and off shore. Most cuts will happen in Houston, Denver and assets that they are looking to divest.

Lots of rumors going around today. Lay offs in accounting, lay offs in Allison, lay offs in Denver. Wishing people would stop spreading false info so we could trust what we are hearing!

2016 Staffing FAQ-mentions in here that you can suggest that you be severed from the company. Is this really acceptable to do or would you just be shooting yourself in the foot from any possible severence package?
