MORALE WILL BE BETTER AFTER. EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY THAT THEY ONLY WENT AFTER LOW HANGING FRUIT. HOWEVER, IF PRICES DON'T RECOVER BY YEAR END NOBODY WILL BE HAPPY.
Wonder if it would be better if they to more steps to reduce expenditures like the corporate jets and lavesh extras. They seem to splurge on.
Look up "moral" and "morale."
