This company has some of the worst management ever. If you give them ANY feedback on themselves, you’re in for some intense micromanagement and bullying for months after until you quit. Horrible culture. Horrible morale.

Ally has managed to discriminate against white males over 40. Layoffs with many promotions of mediocre staff since releasing those who knew the most. Not doing it right.
