Seems like Ally is using Annual reviews as a way to justify why you won't get any hikes and bonuses if there was any to pay after the tight budget announcement. HR has been super active and giving arbitrary policies as double dipping etc as valid excuses to be used by managers. Are we expecting more people to quit next year based on this?

Just found out my contract has been extended for another 12 months...
so i'll be sticking around lol
Granted, i don't qualify for a Bonus (since im not a real employee)...
but im still Quite Grateful :-)

I would say yes. Less experienced people now that layoffs have happened. No raises the last few years. More work, same pay…no thank you
