This is Williams at it’s worst. Those high and low who simply “feel” they have the power and are gonna wield it. It’s the “Powerstruck Syndrome“, believing that others will do your bidding and acquiesce, because you can “Finish” them career-wise. ... — read more
Purge is Over
Monday will be like nothing happened, birds will be singing, sun will be shining, etc, just like in the movies.
Open your eyes
Williams should really pay attention to those working in a field office while there manager is located elsewhere. They are supposedly working 9/80's and they are not even working 7 hours a day. Happening mostly in the construction area. Work outs... — read more
Take a stroll through the org. chart of the Salt Lake City office you'll be amazed
Total disaster, if you get a chance take a stroll through the org. chart of the Salt Lake City office you'll be amazed. Meeting after meeting about absolutely nothing, maybe 10-15% of the meeting have any value-maybe. Spending endless money on non... — read more

Talent Shortage
Stop terminating and laying people off. It takes time to train people, develop skills and learn the business. On paper it looks good, but it doesn’t work, try building something instead of buying assets at hyper inflated prices and running up... — read more
Same Bat Channel, Stay Tuned
This will happen over and over again. The next step will be to start hiring like crazy, of course they will wait a few months like they did it 2016 to try it make it look like they really are interested in cutting costs. Look for adds to bring in... — read more
Nothing Changes with this Company
Yet they reorganize all the time and claim change is good, figure that one out.
Layoffs to Finish Tomorrow
Several groups were hit today in the Northeast in Pittsburgh and field offices. Cuts to continue tomorrow, 11/13 and will supposedly be the final day. The final org structure is supposed to be sent out Thursday or Friday.
It’s Done
Of course it is done, it’s all for show, had no meaning expect to appease angry investors who are getting pounded as the stock price drops or goes nowhere.
SMH Stolen Valor
Williams, not only are layoffs going on, keeping the wrong people but also give credit to a leader for a task they didn’t do. The wrong individual got recognition and credit on the post that was posted. We know who created and done all the work that... — read more
Management Cower
Ever notice how management goes ghost during lay offs? Two managers in the construction department ironically are “Traveling” this week. One of them shouldn’t even be a manager, since they have been demoted numerous times during their career, all... — read more
This may be the week for the last of the cuts for 2019
Doubt management will come in while they are on holidays, but they might make a special trip.
Williams spends so much time an energy promoting an empty philosophy
Williams spends so much time an energy promoting an empty philosophy that is obviously not true. Why is that? It’s like trying to prove it is a culture and not a cult.

Is a repeat of the highly unethical, immoral and illegal 2016 Blacklist to follow?
22
22 is a good age, but not a good stock price if you are a Williams investor. Sorry to say this, but investors are not excited about Williams. Will they try to prop the stock price up again with more announcements about terminations, stay tuned.
Political moves?
So the word is the construction side promotes individuals to management levels while not following the process of posting? That’s what’s wrong with Williams, too many political motives. Lay off, promote without a due fair process to others, given to... — read more

Stock prices

North West Layoffs
I’m hearing the hammer will also fall starting next week in the Northwest region. Redundant management - particularly in SLC.
North East Layoffs
I’m hearing Tuesday it’s coming down in the Northeast.
Toxic culture
Williams needs to really look hard and phase out the toxic culture in the construction department. They have the highest turnover, unresponsive leadership. I’ve seen their people, they look zombies, they are tired of the me mentality
Layoffs
If management really had the guts to follow Williams’s core values layouts would have not happened in 2016 and as well as 2019.
The top performers are leaving in droves
The results that I'm seeing don't reflect a pool of top performers waiting for the opportunity to show Williams their best. I see a bunch of beaten down survivors who are quickly losing any interest they ever had in making a career at Williams. The... — read more
