For those who know or afraid, I’ll say it. The construction department leadership is unethical, hire buddies, family members, take paid trips to Las Vegas, get angry and to mention the outright discrimination. Williams, ask the field and those who are under that department leadership. Have the courage Wiliams HR to do what is right. Oh and not mention leadership takes credit for accomplishments others do in that department.

The customers complain about high cost of service in the West and upper management is afraid to hold the construction department accountable. I have witnessed five inspectors watching two contractors. Did I say that three of the inspectors were related to someone on the CM department.
I hear you Bud, sounds like the construction department.
IT Director told me that when we built stuff for them, to make sure we got a trip out of the deal. If we fixed something and had to stay late, be sure to take our spouse! All because they had no budget to adhere to.
If you feel they are unethical, why don't you report it to the Ethics line? They are required to investigate it.
Everybody knows that.
