Also, lots of hidden agendas where carried out during the cuts, I say most, if not all that where terminated got caught in the crossfire. I will give you that if your where a great employee, your chances of survival where better but definitely not guaranteed, I saw some of the exceptional and most productive employees hammered big time in the cuts. It’s unfortunate but weak management is threatened by top performers And does everything to undercut them and uses these layoffs as an excuse to purge them from the organization, especially employees of top character and integrity that rock the boat and are a threat.
Sadly, @11MtTdZO-2kfn is very much correct. Being good at your job can be a liability at Williams. Sad but true.
