Williams spends so much time an energy promoting an empty philosophy that is obviously not true. Why is that? It’s like trying to prove it is a culture and not a cult.

Having left an actual religious cult and also having worked for Williams, I can say that leaving both Williams and the cult were eerily similar experiences.

I am am/was a long time employee who is over 50 years old and took the VSP. I took the VSP because I was lead to believe - take it or leave it - otherwise. However, now I see my that my exact position has been posted at a lower level. WTF.
