- Stop terminating and laying people off.
- It takes time to train people, develop skills and learn the business. On paper it looks good, but it doesn’t work, try building something instead of buying assets at hyper inflated prices and running up huge debt because you don’t have an experienced staff (all fired) that have the skills to build efficiently and effectively from within.
