So the word is the construction side promotes individuals to management levels while not following the process of posting? That’s what’s wrong with Williams, too many political motives. Lay off, promote without a due fair process to others, given to unresponsive leadership? Don’t get it, I’m sure if someone in that construction group had the courage to report the truth a lot of things would change.

Why bother, posting jobs was a joke in the past, they all ready knew who they where going to hire, anybody that thought they could get a second chance would just be thrown under the 🚌. I was told directly by HR no second chances allowed at Williams.
