Are you sure? I thought this was not going to be completed (headcount/position wise) until the end of next month (November).
IT Senior Management is a complete joke! BWL has almost zero leadership qualities and has too many directors that prevent any real value to IT. The organization is bloated for the size of Williams but is required because of the lack of leadership and the ability to delivery of quality IT solutions. Unfortunately, there are many great staff level employees that are penalize because of the leadership void enabled by BWL.
I've worked at similar companies and we have half the staff and get twice the results. What a great disappointment in BWL and his direct reports. The organization has left some of the worst non-performers while cutting some of those able to deliver.
