Total disaster, if you get a chance take a stroll through the org. chart of the Salt Lake City office you'll be amazed. Meeting after meeting about absolutely nothing, maybe 10-15% of the meeting have any value-maybe. Spending endless money on non value adding "stuff" just to offset the depreciation of a regulated asset class. One director for NWP just announced "over 10 direct reports is ridiculous" that statement is ridiculous. You can clearly hear his level of responsibility he's willing to except. Very weak company anymore.
