Can anyone confirm if you take the UHC severance package if you can get unemployment in Texas? I know every state is different but it does state you could get unemployment benefits if you quit due to no fault of your own. Opinions?

Does anyone have insight into which departments within the orgs that are affected by the voluntary severance option would see involuntarily layoffs first if they don't meet their quota (I'm assuming they will not).

Hearing rumors that part of the engineering department is getting laid off due to cost reductions. Those that will be laid off are getting replaced with Indian labor due to cost.
