I have had good/great reviews by entire tenure at Target and now suddenly Im not doing anything coorectly. IS anyone else experiencing this within the company. Is this the new way to lay-off?

Perhaps quietly and a few people at a time is the mode they are using to continue to purge while staying under the radar? That and not backfilling the people in TTS that are leaving in droves now.
