Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

If you're here, for a change you actually care what we little people have to say, so just a suggestion: Instead of hurting the little people who don't have the college educations that you believe are so necessary (the little people who have developed the skills and knowledge to do the actual WORK involved to make this company successful), why don't you stop wasting MILLIONS OF DOLLARS on your GL's who are just college-educated idiots? Promote the little people from within, who know how to work, and learn their jobs well. We little people would be happy to make just a couple dollars more an hour for a promotion we have earned with good old-fashioned work ethics, instead of having to worry about being laid off, or targeted by lazy rotten GL's for undeserved corrective actions. But, we all know you'll just keep paying the big bucks for the ladder-climbing, college-educated, disloyal GL's...
