Micromanagement in full swing

I literally have the feeling that the manager is constantly looking over my shoulders and hanging over me like a dark cloud. It's become unbearable. Is leaving the only solution?

This ELT is a joke

ELT will never tell us. They had every chance to better communications to us during the various stages of the round 1 layoffs, but did they? Most people that knew about layoffs beforehand found out from anonymous sources online. How sad is this... — read more

Severance Package

Hi, Anyone ever waited for settlement after contesting their redundancy with Salesforce and just before settlement someone resigned and Salesforce offered you a job? Did they let you settle on the previously agreed amount when you declined the... — read more

Next round

Is there any way for us to know when the next round is going to happen? I’m not naive enough to believe that we’re anywhere close to being done with layoffs, but it would be easier if we at least knew roughly when it might happen, so that I don’t... — read more

Tracking employees

Have we heard any stories of employees’ laptops being tracked? My laptop seems like it’s being watched or operated remotely sometimes.

Peak Performers

With all the layoffs do Salesforce still have Peak Performers club?

I just want to know why it’s so fake and bad

Everyone is fake here, people boasting about hard work when they got in through family/friends - mostly from Oracle— no shame and utterly tone deaf and born to be toxic. Clique-y and somehow still with superiors complex

Apply for a sales job at salesforce?

I just got let go at Oracle (terrible company! so it wasn't too bad) and am thinking of applying to salesforce - I always hear how great their training program (get an MBA in sales) is and how much better their solutions are compared to Oracle. But... — read more

Layoff

I was laid off in January and by my state law eligible for unemployment but Salesforce claimed I quit because they planned to lay me off so now I have to prove layoff which is not hard. Mean spirited

It's time to face the music

There's no denying that Salesforce is going down the drain. When the only solution management can come up with is to lay off hard-working employees, it's pretty clear they're clueless and running out of options. Trust me, I've been there and I... — read more

There were no layoffs today, right?

I haven't heard of any, but I'm not comfortable making that conclusion based just on that. It happened before that there were layoffs and the leadership decided not to say anything about it. The only ones who knew were the people in the affected... — read more
