They are short of people in some teams so cannot see them letting anyone go, except pips which seems to be part of SF. From what I see it is a lot of luck here. If you have an ok patch, you can do well but some seem to have really poor patches and they struggle.
It would make sense to set it up differently.
As for Slack. They overhired there I believe. There have corrected a lot of this already.
But yes expect some changes next year there. But who knows? It depends on how the Share price looks.
I think it will be January
But yes will be cuts.
I have been here four years now and the culture has changed.
You can see that.
I don't see many cuts left in Core.
But Slack I think will take a big hit.
