SalesForce Round 2.0

https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/salesforce-considers-more-job-cuts-221600252.html

ya see ..... every time they cut, stocks goes up ..... they will keep repeating this until it doesn't work anymore.

by then the culture within the company will be so toxic that no matter what they do, it will never be what it was before.

Response to: culture is already toxic:

new / recently hired employees get bullied by old timers who think they know it all - FALSE
promotions based on look & talk rather than actual work - Used to be this way, but it isn't any longer. Sounds like you don't have the actual work to get promoted so you blame your lack of promotion on somebody else. Own it and do better.
managers having 1-3 direct reports - LOL, again FALSE

the article says: "Salesforce also is urging employees to go into the office more often, although it hasn’t imposed a return-to-office mandate. Attendance at company sites is up significantly in recent months, he said."

actually, all customer-facing employees have been mandated to return to the office 4 days a week
