Micromanagement in full swing

I literally have the feeling that the manager is constantly looking over my shoulders and hanging over me like a dark cloud. It's become unbearable. Is leaving the only solution?

Could be Sullivan org too, bringing the IBM culture. That said, a $30B a year company like Salesforce cannot have a 1.6% Operating Margin and Benioff will fix that issue, even if he has to layoff everyone, lol.

You must be working in Lindsay Lanning org / terrible leadership- biggest roadblock to enablement growth. Do not trust her.

Don't ask us.
The best option is to ask him for feedback and see how things are going. For all you know someone told him something about you that you are clueless about.

Setup a 30-minute 1:1 meeting with him.

Agenda:
What is working
What could be improved
What should I do now to prepare for the next 12 months
What is the manager's outlook for the next 12 months

With the current economic environment and the focus on performance over everything else, would it be better anywhere else?
