There's no denying that Salesforce is going down the drain. When the only solution management can come up with is to lay off hard-working employees, it's pretty clear they're clueless and running out of options. Trust me, I've been there and I strongly recommend you start scouting for a new job before it's too late. You don't want to be left high and dry when this ship finally sinks.
