It just takes ONE market mover to short us - and let’s assume each company becomes $10, shorting could easily make one of the companies go down to $5, which means penny stock! This company is going down the tubes, fast.

Now that I have been gone a while I feel like like I can ask this. Did anyone else feel like the monthly performance reviews felt more like an interrogation where you had to explain why you shouldn't lose your job?

The news of the plan to separate NCR into two companies removed any dilemma as to whether I should leave here. I immediately sent as many applications as possible. Anyone have a positive opinion on this? I think chaos will follow.

The management simply doesn't walk their talk. Are you sick of their empty promises? Why these constant promises that it will get better when we all know that the chance of that happening is minimal?

WSJ reporting that Veritas capital (private equity firm) has agreed to buy out NCR. What does it mean for current employees? Are we about to get the boot if deal does go through?

With more and more companies laying off workers i expect NCR to follow soon. Not like we never had layoffs besides this but this time it will be worse. Expect a 20% US employee headcount reduction at least.
