I think there are currently more people who would like to be paid to leave than those who would like to stay and suffer this pressure and stress here. You agree?

I heard about that comment as well as other choice words that VP used to attack people one on one or in meetings. It's no surprise he's gone now.
Since the hiring freeze it’s gotten worse. ELT saving money by making one person do the job of 3.
And in the meantime please sign code of conduct ….. that does say enough. Does not matter of whom they talk it is their attitude in general that you would never want to be linked with. Toxic management
It's only going to get worse because employees are no longer valued. Management in behind closed door meetings referred to india employees as slaves so what could they possibly think of us? Nothing would surprise me.
Definitely agree. It’s been pretty bad since June for me and my team members. I’ve been wanting that call from my TM but have not received it. I’m ready if it does happen. Too much micro management and way too many disruptive network calls. Work life balance is terrible and they act like they own you which is BS.
