To the dude making all the mullet boy comments, I sincerely apologize to you that you were so bu-t hurt by the ELT. Perhaps instead of trolling a site that’s meant to provide real and actionable comments, you search for a new job (congrats if you already have one!) seriously, your comments in nearly all threads referring to ‘Mullet Boy’ just makes it look like you’re too scared to leave a job you’ve had forever, but also a disheartened little troll who doesn’t want to try and change the situation you’re in. It’s like sitting in cr-p but then complaining about it, when all you have to do is stand up and walk away.

To the question of CE = Customer Engineer. Back in the day it was Field Engineer and we were part of the Hardware Engineering group.

As a CE in the bad work environment I am in I hope i get the axe. Unrealistic expectations and really bad decision making by Management. Not letting me get my job done, just please stop undermining me and my team member. Let us go if you think someone else can do it better. Sorry to those who are eventually being let go in other areas. NCR you reap what you sow

Internal IT will lay off before Thanksgiving. Mullet Boy says happy holidays from his overpriced shack on the beach.

Check the online job postings. Tons and tons of CE positions available all over the country. If they were going to layoff the CE workforce soon, they would not be on a hiring blitz.
Remote jobs are all going overseas, hands on requirements keep the CE workforce safe from layoffs.

This is normal NCR process.. mass lay off before holidays.. they like to ruin it for families.

F.u.c.k. No. I have already started laying off CEs and outsourced their works to independent contractors.

No way I am having some blue collared hic with VD on my payroll.

Only ones left in the USA are going to be the CE’s.

All of store point, store line and RPOS to be laid off. None of these products made it to NCRs retail strategy for 2023.

Sorry, thank you and good bye.
