No layoffs recently at KP

We are adding more nursing staff, the growth is amazing. I have been with KP for about 2 years now and I really like it. I am not aware of any layoffs.

30 folks protesting 160 layoffs?

This is crazy? I'd expect at least 160 to show up? About 30 workers took to the streets Thursday near the Kaiser Permanente’s Woodland Hills office, protesting the healthcare company’s alleged plan to lay off 160 employees... — read more

Take this seriously!

Please take this seriously. I've had several coworkers tell me they don't believe there'll be any wage cuts because Kaiser said so. Really? How can people be this naive? If we don't do something about it right now, it might be too late once the... — read more

We need to get organized and push back

They are not talking about cutting executive pay. No cuts in executive bonuses. It's always nurses and staff that get hit with things like this - enough! I am really sick and tired with Kaiser treating us this way - it's the corporate America and... — read more
