There are still too few people involved to ensure any kind of change. What can we do to get people energized and actually doing something? I understand everybody is scared of rocking the boat, but if there ever was a time to do it, now is it. We can save people their jobs and make sure we are not underpaid for the work we are doing. Please people, let's do something.

Not to mention, when they go through with it everybody will be bemoaning why nothing was done to prevent it.
