Kaiser has been slipping on the list of best employers for a few years now for a reason.
The company is completely losing its direction, and what was once workplace focused on having happy and productive employees is now turning into nothing else but another machine run through fear and intimidation.
While I used to love coming to work, now I dread it every morning. It's really sad to see what has become out of once such good and employee-positive company.
