Seriously, I'm yet to work for a company that has this many managers compared to the number of those they are managing. I think there are pretty much three, sometimes even four managers per ten employees. How does that even work?
And for some reason, most of them believe that the best management style is to yell and hurl insults and accusation at those under them. Why this is the case is beyond me.
So if Kaiser needs to lay off anybody, it should definitely look at management. I'm pretty sure it would save money while losing absolutely nothing to the company, as opposed to if those who actually do the work were to be laid off.
