Did anyone notice that when S. Woodroffe left there was no big fanfare like there usually is for someone of his stature in the hierarchy. No farewell social gathering in the Atrium, no clap-out, no nothing.

Could it be he saw the writing on the wall and decided he wanted no parts of the clown show? Everyone is absolutely correct, when is the last time anyone's seen T in the room with the rest of the EC at the SITK calls. If you're honest with yourselves, you know she's a self-absorbed, tone deaf, ABSENT "leader".

On the other hand, if you're a card carrying member of the WOKE brigade, you probably think she's superb. In that case, I pity you..........and you deserve whatever her tragic facade of a "leadership" eventually bestows upon you (i.e. full RTO, abysmal raises/bonuses, layoffs etc) .

What a travesty and shame this once great company has become. #SinkingShip

Sinking faster than the Titanic

I was advised in October that I was being laid off in December, well before any significant layoff announcements. Before my departure, I learned of other people in my department who were also losing their jobs and will have their final day this month. Today, I learned that the account managers of the division I worked for were advised they were losing their jobs with only nine days' notice.

Save yourself while you can and abandon ship! It's going down quicker than the Titanic, and there is no way it could be a productive environment if you don't feel secure in your job. #SaveOurShip #SOS #SinkingShip

Some sales teams make bank. I know for some the OTE is 178k. The top reps make over 400k a year.

If you are good you earn it. However the business hates this. They are actively working to push these top earners out. These top earners see this and are leaving.

If your sales team is leaving that is a HUGE sign that sh-t is going to get worse before it gets better.

So if you see top sales reps leave, ask yourself why? And you probably don’t need to dig too deep to get an answer.

@4nqy, The young Horizons kids are necessary for the future of the company, but I agree we are taking on too many and not throwing back the little fishes that under-perform and are misfits. Sad that Chevron doesn’t keep a balance of seasoned employees to teach, lead and mentor the successful young future engineers and managers. It has a failed focus on only filling desks with cheap salaried kids and keeping the affirmative action non-contributing waste. #SinkingShip.

Yep, that previous post about the two SVP Bad Boys was far more entertaining. We all already know this company’s going to Hell in a hand basket under her leadership. I’ve been sending out resumes for the last four months now. Maybe some of you are still delusional, as M-Go may be, that this place is still going to rebound. Not me. Your only concern now should be the fit of your life jacket.
