Hardly any internal positions to apply for, there seems to be a hiring freeze.

Have given good comments & ratings on the evaluation conducted on management performance. This doesn’t help at all, why are employees scared to give their honest evaluation.

I was laid off last year. It took some time, but I found another job. Only then did I realize what a madhouse Fiserv is. Don’t ever get used to how things work there—it’s not the norm, and it shouldn’t be.

Yet no consideration is taken for office employees, who commute long distances, struggle for parking, or road traffic & weather conditions. Where as remote employees don’t need to badge in/out and deal with all that hassle.

Now the managemwnt will find this as an excuse to layoff more staff instead of fixing the problem..
