Why will anyone go to gibbons all hands?

As bad as work is here, it’s not so bad that I’d escape it for an hour to listen to “the undertaker” feed us cr*p and tell us it’s caviar. Dude lives in a mansion because he has no soul.

Sapience

I wonder if our colleagues in the UK can use this https://www.bankingdive.com/news/barclays-fine-ICO-monitoring-employees/583231/

Their "spying" isn't even being used for real issues

Some JPMorgan employees think the system is already being used to mine the kind of information that could contribute to layoff lists or lists of people whose bonuses will be squeezed. Maybe if they spent more time doing actual work instead of... — read more

Fiserv future techies

The afterschool STEM program that’s been running for a few years now is such a phoney project for some people to feel good about themselves. They only recruit from very rich neighborhoods (watchung and Berkeley heights). Convenient that Watchung is... — read more

Since when did the policy change that you are required to makeup time for exempt employees? I feel like I'm an hourly employee again.

Did RTO apply to all people managers?

Why is it that a lot of managers who are supposed to be RTO have not returned to the office as of yet? It’s not fair to managers that remained in office and also the ones that were mandated to return to office. The expectation that was given was it... — read more

Just leave

I was laid off last year. It took some time, but I found another job. Only then did I realize what a madhouse Fiserv is. Don’t ever get used to how things work there—it’s not the norm, and it shouldn’t be.

Watching it all fall apart

It's gut-wrenching to see Fiserv turn into a mediocre mess (and that's being generous). So much potential thrown away, all for short-term profits that only padded the bonuses of the higher-ups. After sticking around for 15+ years, watching this... — read more
