Exception as well. Waiting for the it to happen. The stress is horrible and having to prove yourself everyday is exhausting.

I’m an exception to the rule but I also keep waiting for the shoe to drop. I also feel like I have to produce twice as much as my peers in the office to justify my WFH. I’m a military spouse so moving to an office isn’t an option for me. Some days I wish they would just lay me off so I can collect unemployment and move on from this nightmare

The head of HR said the official policy is 5 days in office. Some groups are remote, but most of that is companies that were bought remote, they really are not hiring new remote workers or anything.

I’m an exception, for now. Just waiting for the axe to fall. Nothing stressful about that (haha).

I am one of the exceptions to the rule and I am ready for the final curtain call. It can't come soon enough for me!!

It's already gone. You are required to work in the office five days a week.

It is decided on an individual basis. Sometimes it is decided on a product basis. Officially it already has been cut, we only have exceptions to the rule.

What do you mean being cut? It will always be an option
