Does anyone know if Fiserv has complied with Trumps requests to remove DEI programmes?
Have any policies quietly disappeared from Fuel or been amended?

The entire inept marketing team are products of diverse hiring. We shouldn’t be shocked by what we get when we hire that way.
The senior person in that department has said again and again, race matters!

Every one of SW’s Global Brand hires are the same race….but thst’s not racism? And why do most of them need to be VPs?? How many VPs does marketing need? Requisitions at a standstill for most depts but apparently we need all the help we can get to change the narrative surrounding Fiserv’s horrible reputation.
ERGs are DEI

We can and should hope they disappear. EEOC became DEI to promote and protect incompetence at every level.
The executive orders on DEI only applies to federal employers and federal grant recipients like colleges. It doesn't apply to companies with federal contracts. Fiserv still has DEI initiatives.
We still have DEI programs. Whether or not they are published is another story
