I was hearing from Director level leadership that new ceo listened the concerns and he is going to implement some flexibility work arrangements like removing 9hr ,work life balance etc. dont know far is this true .if they consider its a big relief

What I’ve observed is if you are the right level you are free to leave to attend your kids’ athletic events..just block your time out….

He's also going to give everyone a 30% wage increase and every employee's kid gets a pony. I'll wait until there is something more than just a rumor.
Maybe he will reverse this policy and dispose of Sapience.
