If I am not feeling well, but I do not want to get my colleagues or anyone sick in the office, am I allowed to WFH, until I feel better like 1-2 days? Is this written down somewhere as an option for offsite working? Some people are forced to take a sick day but refuse to use their limited PTO and they come in sick, while others are able to WFH until feeling better.

You don't work at Fiserve (sic), you work at Popeye's.
This thread is unbelievable funny and stupid at the same time.
What Ninnie is not smart enough to just stay home if they’re sick ?
What mo--n would go to an anonymous site that is not part of the company to ask a very specific company policy question ?
If you’re getting your guidance from here, then Dear God, Fiserve isn’t the problem it’s you and your brainless friends on this site.
Yes, you can put in a flexible work REQUEST that your manager needs to approve. 🙄 And, yes, they're absolutely tracked.
You have the option to work from home. Your manager should have a link to send you to log work from home hours.
If you're truly sick and need to recover, just take the day off.
No need to complicate things.
This is ridiculous. If you worked for a NORMAL company, what would you do? Do that. Don't let this place rot your brain.
take day off if you have unlimited PTO… but be careful.. unlimited is actually limited to 20-30 days per year.
Take the whole week off. That'll teach them. Remember.....we have "UNLIMITED" PTO....or do we?
Look my boss said they care less as long as my work is done. Sapience and tracking is just a bureaucratic system that was put in place that literally no one in upper looks at. They are drowning and could careless if you are a solid worker.
Right, just come in and make me sick. Actually, it's better to make everybody sick so no one is working. That will be very good for Frank's bottom line.
Too many rules..some groups are lenient some are not.. whichever you choose you are watched and tracked
Take the day off … not worth the hassle of “asking” wfh
The fact that you have to ask says everything about the warped culture at Fiserv
Try COVID ---- worked for a long time
You can put in an off-site work request.l on workday, there is a category that covers “too sick to come in, but not too sick to work”. Your manager would need to approve it. Idk how HR actually reacts and how this is tracked or reported in a negative sense, maybe it isn’t.
