The job postings on Fiserv’s career page are fake. I saw a few roles for an ex-colleague of mine which I submitted their resumes for, reached out to the recruiter and they come back saying “the role is filled” even though the rec was just opened.
It looks like they are posting jobs which are really meant for internal folks so they can tell the world “we’re hiring”.
They have been doing this for years
Very common to post new jobs that will never be filled to make potential investors think the company is growing and unaffected by the market downturns and ňeed fullness

this is the answer. they will lay people off soon. Some of these roles are so the potentially laid off people can move into something else.
