Anyone have more insight into the current one company job shifts?

Exactly one year to the day that I was laid off, many more followed in the Pest and BI/AI/Analytics teams this same day.

You know Ecolab - numbers first. They cut directors a few years back, VPs have been encouraged to go in the last 2 years and many have chose to retire or leave on their own. Contractors with expiring contracts are gone and now it is the managers'... — read more

They are doing pockets now ... the problem is by doing it in pieces moral s---s ad the good employees leave and the poor ones stay ... do it all at once and you can keep the good ones
