Would losing a job here be all that bad?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I keep worrying about being cut or learning that my location is closing but there's no good reason for it. I'm overworked, underpaid, and I have benefits that are not even worth mentioning. It's becoming... — read more

System down

I predict this is going to last more than 2 days. Today was horrible. Evidently an update is causing the system to crash. No claims could be reversed. Seriously, does no one up high in corporate think of holding people accountable for this. I'm... — read more

Going around open door policy

For the life of me I can't find it now, but wasn't there some sort of direct complaint line that we could get a hold of Karen's inbox or voicemail if we saw bullying at a high level. Could someone put that out there. I remember she said that she... — read more
