At PBM/ CVS Caremark, managers are asking Full-Time Telecommuters WHY and Resons to fill out an official form. Not a good sign.

Anyone that didn’t receive the form and that is WFH is one of the 5,000.
Have heard nothing like this in PBM Finance or from anyone in the PBM. What area is doing this?
Im WFH for almost 7 years on PBM/Caremark under Accordant Care. We haven’t had to fill out any thing. Our leaders seem to think we’re safe but who really knows

I’ve WAH for 5.5yrs and we haven’t done anything like this. I’m also on the Aetna Medicare side of business. What are these forms?
We had to fill out a form too at Aetna just recently for WAH. It was just the rules and guidelines for WAH call center folks.
With the mywork update and the new hybrid model, leaders are required to change any employees status back to 'office' that started that way by the 15th. could be that they're backing down in a couple areas knowing the hybrid model will lose them employees in areas they didn't plan to? that's my best theory
I have not heard this
I was hired as permanent WFH in PBM accounting/finance and I haven't seen or heard this. You need to provide more details if you're going to make claims like this.
