Well they hired a EVP who has done exactly the same at Disney few years back. How can any organization that has large contracts with US Government (Tax payor funded) ship us jobs overseas.
Customers and providers should be demanding to speak to stateside reps!
I don't think they consider provider calls customer facing.
If there is any truth to this, I certainly hope every town hall, comment section, and reporter peppers Karen and her ELT with questions about how outsourcing overseas helps with the collaboration and energy and culture building that RTO is to accomplish.
If jobs are outsourced overseas and people lose their jobs eventually no one will afford to shop. No? The Chamber of Commerce is for lax immigration for one purpose...cheap jobs. Don't let anyone fool you

@nej+1nWe0eZy they could hire work from home CSRs based in lower cost of living areas of the USA (deep south, midwest, rust belt, etc.) but god forbid we deny the shareholders of any margins derived from the destruction of (what's left of) middle class standards of living.
