It seems like medical UW was hit, mostly exec directors and Sr Managers. Dental and Vision was not hit hard, only 1 layoff.

Just came out of meeting with the SVP who mentioned that 98% of affected individuals have been notified in the last 2.5 days. No more layoffs are expected moving forward, although there's no 100% guarantee. The message was clear.

Did everyone else receive this as well ? Has a link to a stream. Was told we were safe but not sure what to believe anymore.

Why is it that this company has no idea how to aquire companies for reasonable valuations? Overpaid for aetna, omnicare was a disaster and don't get me started on the latest 2 dumpster fires.

I don’t recall the exact date, but is somewhere in mid-September. If you’ve made it this far and you are a high performer you should be fine. But for everyone else, there is more on the way. Stay on guard.

MarTech AVP and LD Director (who was also my manager) have been let go. As of now, there hasn't been any communication about the future of team or myself.

I think that is what's next. Re-org after the layoffs. Likely in a way that makes no sense and that will need to be corrected shortly by another re-org.
