More often than not no. For legal reasons they need to be consistent on how the process is handled across the organization. But that doesn’t mean that some of the senior employees are getting a little more of an advance notice.
Do we have any reason to think the later waves were already notified, and just got longer notice periods for some reason?
That is what I keep saying. We have not hit the 5,000 mark. Look at the Florida WARN report this is to go on into next year!
