Does anyone have any information on AZ?
In the Phoenix area they have 3 buildings 2 of which sit empty. The bulk of employees are in Scottsdale at the Shea office . The remaining 2- one is a brand new state of the art building expected to house clinical and service for a speciality unit and sits empty.
There is a large complex with big A$$ Aetna signs in Tempe/Phoenix called the Cotten center which also sits empty.
Both of these offices have been empty since COVID .
Seems like the bottom fell out on the new building and will likely not see any people.
There were over 150 jobs lost out of the Shea office. The other sites have been radio silent . Anyone from Arizona know what’s going on

The new HQ is in New York City. Insurance is dibe so is PBM and stores.
It's complicated no doubt there. This too shall come to pass ~
Hartford and Woonsocket are not closing down.
Wow Woonsocket also since they are corporate headquarters?
Chandler Frye - forgot about those colleagues . Who do they service . We know Chandler Spectrum houses the Aetna one Advocate program! Shea is mostly IT
Heard rumors of Chandler fry building employees moving over.
What would increase Cotten center activity ?
Cotton center operations will be picking up. Many relocations are being discussed. WFH will be 1 day a week. Individuals at the Shea building are being told 4 days in office, 1 WFH date
Who wants an apartment in Hartford? Yuck ever been there? Lousy town lousy weather cold as He-l in Winter, was there a few years couldn't wait to transfer out. Rhode Island is not nice either.
The Hartford office is closing and is being turned to apartments. They can't get rid of the building due to it being on the historical list
Hartford is that a new town in the Phoenix area?
Hartford isn't closing down. They have 2 buildings and trying to lease one of them out
I think I read over 100 were laid off in Scottsdale. But they have already been notified. The building on 44th Street is only being used on the bottom floor for IT and clerical. That office had layoffs in December so I don't know if anyone reporting to the Phoenix office is going to be affected.
No idea but they permanently shut the Mountain View Scottsdale office back around Jan 2021 too. That housed a good chunk of people and they went remote during Covid.
Check online to see if the building is either up for sale or lease. It looks like Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, Blue Bell, PA, Buffalo, IL Plantation, FL, are the entirely closing down completely including the building.
