Anyone know if the 3-day hybrid requirement will be enforced at Northbrook? My manager thinks it won't be and told us we don't need to come in, but I don't want a target on my back for non-compliance.

Anyone hear any updates? Leadership in my department has been completely silent. Meetings are all still scheduled as remote.
Northbrook office was noted in the WARN notice. Seems like that would free up some space. Good luck everyone
"This is for Richardson, TX office - My manager told me there are no spaces left and even the individual office cubes are taken. Anyone else knows any more info for any Dallas area offices ?". You better find another office because no office space is your fault not theirs. He-l if that's a requirement bring in a chair and a cardboard box as a cubicle. Otherwise you are all toast. This is insane, they are not fu----g around, they are going to make absolutely everyone's life a living He-l. Probably have floor walkers smacking people in the head, kicking out their power cords. Get yourself a red swingline stapler and find a basement room.

It's gonna be tracked and will be a factor (even if unsaid) in the inevitable next round of layoffs. Count on it.
Fun times.
Exceptions? No exemptions. You need to get a lawyer.
There is no space at Northbrook. I put in a space request for 3 of my directs and they were declined due to lack of space.
Also, badge swipes are not being tracked on an individual level.
Earlier, there were exceptions to this which required either doctor note for medical reasons or if its more than an hour commute, they are exempted, this is what we heard in a different internal organization, does all of that still hold good if we are moved under a different internal organization?
The problem with Northbrook is the space. I think they will implement the 3 day hybrid, but it will be problematic in first weeks as the building cannot host everyone that will be asked to return to the office.
Does your manager run the company and decide policy?
The FAQs indicate that badge swipes will be monitored and VPs will be accountable for holding their org compliant.
I don't know why Northbrook would be an exception to the rules that apply at every other office location.
It specifically says in the instructions for leaders that they shouldn’t hold it against you in performance reviews.
