Every year we lay off thousands, but the fact is, we hire tens of thousands. So stop whining and complaining about Citi, go to work.

We had layoffs in 2013, just like any other company that had to do anything with Mortgage Business, CitiMortgage had challenges and had to lay off thousands of people. BOFA and WF did the same thing, you really cannot expect us to do better.
