The next offer

The next offer after this is rejected is good. You won't get your pension back, but Boeing will add 8 years of service to anyone vested at the 105 and keep it closed. That one is expected to pass. You are almost there guys.

your last pay raise for a long long time

However on a positive note Boeing increased the 401K it was 50% match up to 8%. I highly doubt there will be anything close to 38% GWI on the next contract or 10 years or more this will be your last pay raise for a long long time in joy 🤣

Is either next week or next year

If strike doesn't end next week (Friday 11/8), it won't make sense (for the company) to end it this year... Why would they pay so much holiday time and increase the size of next year bonus for so little working time. So next week is the last... — read more

Lost wages

At 7 weeks.. 7weeksX40hoursX42perhour=$11700 lost pay Now add COBRA, and lost 401K... 11700+(1500 cobra family X 2 months) + lost 401K contribution (10%)= Lets say 16.5K because this will impact your next year's bonus..

10% is too low

I think 10% layoff is too low IMO... With many programs canceled and dates to be moved or moved... I see 10% too low....if a team has 10 members and you remove 1is not a big deal
