Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

This Strike is not going to end pretty. There’s going to be a price to pay and it’s going to fall heavily on the Machinist

Boeing just pocketed $22 billion bucks in a stocking offering. They had originally hoped to clear 15 billion bucks, but far exceeded that. You can bet in a New York minute that Boeing leaders and managers are going to get their bonuses. Unlike a lot of Boeing Machinists who will end up getting WARNS.

Boeing can not play fair ball. They continue to buy off Referees in the game . Vote no.

Boeing should have thought of all this while they were buying back all these shares. All they did was enrich themselves. No airplane development but a steady diet of cadmium awareness training and fall protection weigh ins. Doesn't get any more ignorant than that.

Yes. Probably will get close to what’s being bargained, but life at work will not look familiar. The company will probably issue a RIF, and expect more with less. Micromanaging is coming.

Union strong. Full pension. Meanwhile I'll just watch brazers and collect my $250 a week.
