declaring a RIF. It’s going to happen less than a month after Machinist return to work after voting Yes on Boeing’s latest contract offer. Although Boeing can’t layoff Machinists while they are on strike but after returning to work Boing can declare RIF and lay them off. This ain’t gonna end pretty for Machinists.

The two sides are both playing us. They both want to make money with the least effort . They really have nothing to lose by doing this.
If you give in now you will have a third world job in the future. What got us to this point is letting Boeing and the union taking advantage of us. Time for the give backs to start with us for a change. Vote no IAM!
Remember the golden rule , the one who has the gold makes the rules
Why is the iam even bringing this to a vote with out a pension? Boeing is just edging till they get a 51% yes vote, if they get a 55% yes vote then they would feel they gave too much.
They are falling into Boeings trap, once they accept they will be laid off.
Vote no on Boeing shell game.
What will motivate Machinist union members in voting Yes on Boeings latest contract offer on Monday.
November’s Mortgage or rent payment due
November’s Truck loan payment due
The X’s Alimony is due and she wants that
Groceries and Beer costs
So next Monday, Yes vote on accepting Boeing’s contract offer. Wednesday return to work. January 2nd Boeing declares a RIF on Machinists. February 1st WARN notices handed out. April 1st, last day Bye-bye
HOLD THE LINE!!!!
They can't get RIFed if you are on the picket lines.
They just voted down the same exact offer except for the 3 percent wage increase spread over 4 years. This will fail just the same.
You cannot stop the inevitable.
They will lay them off for sure, its a con job vote NO
