I expect Boeing will become even more insignificant than they are today. In addition to not having pensions, you soon won't have medical insurance or social security either. Best save your money.

Expect the folks in SC will get a similar raise without having gone on strike as they are doing similar work. Expect all 787 work will move to SC before too long. Expect 777X will eventually get canceled. Expect space and defense will get sold off. Given the huge debt and lack of experienced engineers, don't expect there will be any new airplane developments anytime soon. Expect there will significant layoffs.
