We had a 9 to 10 hour long until after 3am inventory with no meal breaks. No food, just cr--kers. Was your inventory this long without a break?

How many of you all think having all the executives working from home is hurting the company? I think working from home makes them even more disconnected from what is happening in the stores

Chatter that store level Human Resources positions will be eliminated sometime next year and that store managers will absorb those duties. Belk is cutting costs.
