on belks workday orgizational chart, under everyones name it says cost center and has a headcount number, someone said the smaller the headcount number is, the less secure your job is, is this true? what does it mean if someone has a larger headcount vs. a smaller headcount? why are people doing the same job, but under a different cost center with a different head count?
